No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0 Review

No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0 is here and I'm really excited about this program for three reasons:

1. No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0 was created by Vince Delmonte, a true expert on building
muscle (hypertrophy) without drugs and bogus supplements. As I've mentioned before, Vince Delmonte's first "claim to fame" was his incredible transformation. He put on 47 pounds of muscle in just six months. People online accused him of making up his story, but I have no reason to doubt him--the pictures speak for themselves. What he learned during his transformation apparently works, because thousands of young men have used his original program and had extraordinary results.

But Vince's expertise goes beyond this initial "bulking" phase for which he became famous. He has continued to master his craft of getting muscular and lean. He has worked with some of the brightest minds in the area of nutrition and training. One of his partners, for example is bodybuilder Ben Pakulski. He's also studied under Charles Poliquin, one of the world's most well known trainers and authors.

Vince even went on to earn his IBFF pro card as a fitness model, which is no small feat in and of itself.

2. No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0 is customizable according to your own body type, more specifically muscle fiber type. As Vine recently stated in one of his videos, it seems like no one else is talking about this, but it is important. Have you ever noticed that different bodybuilders talk about what rep ranges work best for them? Have you noticed that it tends to be different? The explanation for this is quite simple: we not all born with the same muscle composition.

Human skeletal muscle is composed of both fast twitch and slow twitch fibers. Slow twitch fibers help us with endurance activities like long distance running. They are designed to handle repetition with minimal fatigue. Fast twitch fibers are designed for strength, speed, and explosive power.

We are born with a certain percentage of each, and this is one reason we tend to excel in one sport over another. This also explains why two guys with the same one rep max may have very different "rep strength" at 80% of their one rep max. It makes sense to adjust your training according to your specific fiber type. You can adjust your training variables to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts.

3. No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0 is a complete system. Needless to say, you will get a step-by-step guide for your workouts with this system. You'll know exactly what exercises to do and how many sets and repetitions to do. But you'll also get guidance on other important aspects of body transformation, like nutrition and supplementation. The program even includes some extras on how to succeed outside of the gym. If you get this program you'll really have everything you need to put on that first 20-30 pounds of muscle. That's why I believe it is a good investment for novice trainees.

No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0

Who is Vince Delmonte and why should you follow his advice? I’ll be answering this question in this articl. Delmonte became famous a few years ago by making an incredible change with his physique. He was around 150 pounds, which is scrawny for his height (around 6 feet tall). He was so unimpressive that his friends called him “skinny Vinny.” Vince really struggled with how to put on muscle and weight, but he eventually discovered some old-school bodybuilding techniques that worked.

The result: Vince Delmonte put on about 40 pounds of mass in six months. This transformation was the beginning of his new life and his fitness career. He became very successful by teaching other skinny guys how they could also build muscle.

Some peole are skeptical about his claim of a 40-pound weight gain in such a short period of time. But they are overlooking some of the factors that went into his transformation. He was a very young guy who had spent most of his life as a long-distance runner. He readily admits that he didn’t know much about diet and protein when he first started lifting weights. Given these circumstances, I don’t see why he could not gain that much weight naturally.

You’ll also find a lot of Vince Delmonte haters if you search bodybuilding forums. I understand why people doubtful because there are so many scams out there. But I think investing in a bodybuilding program is one of the wisest things you can do if you are just starting to lift weights. This is a much more cost effective way than spending hundreds of dollars on worthless supplements. Learning the proper way to eat and train is crucial if your goal is hypertrophy.

This is why I’m glad there are programs like No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0. The original version of this program has helped thousands of new trainees build muscle in record time. They have learned that they can’t copy the routines of steroid-using, genetically gifted bodybuilders and expect results. They’ve also learned how to build strength, mass and confidence.

This latest version (2.0) is exciting because Vince has had several years to improve upon his original program. He’s added everything he has learned about building muscle from some of the best trainers and coaches in the world.  Delmonte, for example, worked with Ben Pakulski on a program called MI40X (Mass Intentions Extreme 2.0).  He has also tested his new training methods to make sure they will get results.
